  1. Before stepping out and heading to the gym, Always use a sun-block, with SPF. Considered as a holy grail and sworn by many, Sunblocks, keep your skin protected from the UV rays.
  2. While you are at your Gains and Shred, if your skin type is one that is prone to breaking out, you must keep with you at all times,  Disposable Anti-Bacterial Body Wipes.
  3. Be a little extra, if the need is but wear gloves while working out. Not only does it reduce the chances of bacterial transmission, but it helps in preventing skin blisters and soreness too. Use a disposable wipe to clean the equipment handles clean off, any prior dirt.
