The makers of Mission Mangal dropped a new and improved trailer yesterday and it shows why it is important to take failures in a positive way. Akshay Kumar is playing the role of mission director Rakesh Dhawan in the film. The trailer shows him taking the limelight as he goes from being hopeless to making India’s Mars Orbiter Mission a reality.
When Rakesh (Akshay) is asked to prepare India for Mars Mission, he gives a ready reply in the new Mission Mars trailer, “Pure ISRO ko pata hai ki ye hone wala nahi hai (The entire ISRO knows that it’s not getting to happen).” Later he convinces his team how ISRO stands for Impossible Space Research Organisation because there can be a dream beyond reality.
The new Mission Mangal trailer shows how Tara Shinde played by Vidya Balan comes up with the idea of using the parts and budget of the stalled Chandrayaan 2 project in the Mars Mission so as to utilize the unused materials and keep the mission on the budget. It also depicts other cast members Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen and Sharman Joshi.
We see Sonakshi as Eka Gandhi, who wants to quit the project and Taapsee as Kritika Aggarwal, who is in an embarrassing situation during her driving lessons. Akshay Kumar yesterday shared the new trailer on Twitter with the caption, “Fall down 7 times, get up eight! Here’s a story of never giving up!”
Director Jagan Shakti says the film is set to hit the theatres on Independence Day, August 15. We are surely awaited for this amazing movie.
