Nowadays, even monetary exchange can be done through phone, hence it has seeped deep into our personal and private life. Forget drugs and alcohol, phone addiction is more widespread.

Don’t use your phone in Bed
Scientists state that using your smartphone in bed is not a good idea because the blue light disturbs your sleep hormones. So, to get rid of phone addiction, first of all, begin with making your bed a phone-free zone.
Banish the Morning Updates
We tend to check our phones, first thing in the morning. In order to get rid of this habit, buy a real alarm clock. Do not set your alarm on the phone. When you, switch off your alarm on the phone, there is a tendency to check for notifications. Hence, try to delve away from it.
Phone-less Table Manners
You must see that frown on your parent’s faces when they see you using the phone at the dinner table. That’s very obvious. Mealtime is the most important, in terms of your entire wellbeing.
