Padmaavat’s Khilji

First, let’s talk about the transformation for the movie Padmaavat! According to news used to workout twice a day for six days every week. his sessions started with a goo mobility drill which lasted almost half an hour and then an intensive session of heavy-lifting for 45 minutes. He would focus on deadlifts, squats, burpees, push-ups to improve his overall flexibility. On top of that, he was off sugar for the entire time. It’s not easy to go from lean to macho, but he showed us that it is not impossible.

Gully Boy’s Murad

Next, let’s talk about his transformation from Padmaavat to Gully Boy. The man worked really hard far is physique for Padmaavat but it is safe to say he did the same for Gully Boy. When he first shared his Gully Boy look all advice was shocked and filled with admiration. He had to lose over seven kgs of muscle mass while making sure his diet kept him within his calorie range. We really hope his health was intact.

Simmba

We spoke about the emperor and the rapper, now let’s talk about the cop. It goes without saying that he had to get beefed up for his role as Simmba. This transformation was slightly different than that of Khilji’s. The aim was to be big but not monstrous. According to his interviews, he put his head down and started working out to make sure his chest and biceps looked big. His diet included a lot of protein and some carbs as well.

Ram Leela’s Ram

However, right now let’s spare a moment to think about his chiseled physique for Ram Leela. This was the first time we actually saw his abs and stunning body. Additionally, this look was supposed to take 12 weeks to achieve but his commitment made it possible within just six weeks. For this look, his diet had 4 – 6 meals per day. Obviously, there were a lot of protein and fast-digesting carbs. This was the first time that he gave us body goals!

There’s no denying that he really works hard for each of his roles. In fact, he may be one of the most committed men in Bollywood. Ranveer Singh’s transformations have given us more than body goals, it has given us commitment goals as well. His discipline to maintain his routine is admirable and he has received appraisal for the same from famous actors around the globe.
